Joanna Reyes, a graduate of Financial Administration, has worked for Austin Powder for four years in the San Julián mine blasting service site as an Administrative Assistant. Before 2008, women had zero participation in Mexican mining. However, in 2020 there are already almost 60,000 who are working within the sector in different areas.
