Austin's important research and product development work is conducted at our Red Diamond plant in McArthur, Ohio. Our scientists develop new formulations and improve existing ones. Their work is driven by customer needs and requirements, which are communicated through a sales management team. These include beaker-to-bench, state-of-the-art infrared laboratory techniques, the establishment of new specifications, and the development of new materials.
